    Technically, these images work well. But do you not think that the subject matter is all too obvious and pure, unadulterated cliché photography? It just strikes me as unfortunate that there’s work like this being featured – work that is abundant on Flickr and deviant art – when there is student work all over the world that is conceptually strong and technically sublime… These students fall by the wayside after investing thousands into their artistic education when someone who simply likes the idea of photography and has a particular penchant for digital manipulation, enjoys all the glory of a photograph with no real meaning.

    Start featuring real photographers, not just people with a camera.
