Maybe it was where you lived or a cloudy day, but you possibly missed the annular solar eclipse that happened just a few days ago. Well now you can experience it thanks to Matt Moses of Red Sea Visuals who was able to shoot this short time-lapse from his deck in San Francisco.
This is a great time-lapse of the solar eclipse on June 1, 2011 by Eivind Kolstad. Shot between 22:40 and 00:20 in Alta, Finnmark, Norway, there aren’t many parts of the world where someone can experience a midnight eclipse.
There are many great photographers who photograph yosemite. We recently featured Shawn Reeder as one of the finest to visit this great place with a camera. I would also have to say that this time-lapse he put together of Yosemite is also one of the best you’ll watch.
This interesting star trail time-lapse by Samir Neffati is something that you don’t see too often. Now that time-lapse photography is becoming more mainstream, it’s neat to see some photographers trying new techniques.
